Itinerary

Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, a representative from Sherpa Brothers Treks will warmly receive you and escort you to your hotel. While, afterward check-in, enjoy a refreshing welcome drink provided by the hotel staff. Take some time to break and recover from your journey. Later, you’ll be briefed on the details of your upcoming adventure. In the evening, Sherpa Brothers Treks invites you to a traditional Nepali welcome dinner at a local cultural restaurant, where you’ll enjoy authentic cuisine accompanied by live folk music and dance. Overnight stay at hotel with bed and breakfast included.

After enjoying a hearty breakfast, your Annapurna Circuit trekking adventure officially begins with a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Beshishahar. Depending on your preference, the 7–8 hour journey can be made by local bus or a private jeep. The route follows the picturesque Prithvi Highway, winding through lush green hills, terraced farmlands, and charming traditional villages. You'll continue follow Prithivi high way and now you tun to northern road through Dumre Beshishahar, before transitioning to more rugged off-road terrain beyond Marshyangdi river, eventually reaching the riverside village of Koto your starting point for the Nar phu valley, Tilicho lake & Throrang pass trek. After breakfast, get ready for a full day of trekking as you make your way from Koto to Meta. Your journey begins with following the trail to right hand side of the valley, to enter Narphu area you must show your restricted-area permit at the police check post here at Koto. After checking in you then cross a suspension bridge spanning over the Marsyangdi River, walk passes through pine tree shaded trail. The path runs almost entirely alongside the Nar Khola (River) within a deep, shaded gorge, you will pass Chheche cave for lunch before continuing journey to Meta. Meta is located close to where the Phu and Nar valleys join together. Residents of Nar village make use of it as a winter settlement. Enjoy an overnight stay at a comfortable lodge.

 As you ascend higher, the greenery start turning to thin, revealing. After breakfast, from Meta today you walk north to the Phu Valley and its eponymous village of Phu. You keep walking to the righthand side passing alpine meadows and old settlement of the valley following Phu Khola, passing Rural municipality village central office at Chekhu, an old village Kyang now this place is re settlement set with multiple tea houses here, this place is best stop for Lunch. From Kyang you will often be walking along a trail carved into the cliff face following northeast bank of stream with incredibly exciting and rewarding outlook of very barren, with no trees, the further up you go. Especially after Kyang due to the steep terrain over the path there could be possible chance of tiny rock sliding due to the movement of blue sheep, if you're lucky, you might see blue sheep. Before arriving at Phu village, you cross a suspension bridge, which complements to the charm of the approach. Enjoy an overnight stay at a comfortable lodge.


 

 

Today is set for rest day before moving further higher on. After breakfast you will be taken for hiking to Tasi Lhakhang gomba, located over the Phu village. The monastery surrounded with pray rock, pray wheel  and flapping pray flag printed in multiple color lined. Later in the day, after lunch you can stroll around the village, read your book, to make your day refresh and fruitful adventure. Stay the overnight in tea house

After breakfast, today the trail recurrence that walked to Phu from Meta, you trek back down to the valley at Chekhu village this is the central junction of local rural municipality for administrative official work. While you go down in elevation on today's trek. This is good interval for your body, and will help it cope with the altitude and boost you on further higher elevation walk.  Enjoy an overnight stay at a comfortable lodge. 

 

After breakfast, from Chekhu today it's a relatively short and scenic trek, about 4 hours of hiking to Nar Village. The trail head down to the Phu Khola crossing the deep gorge over the Mahendra Pul a suspension bridge and trail ascent zigzag up ridge trail passing Monastery at Phedi to Nar where you can visit and trail continue ahead ascending the ridge about 3 hours until you reach at Nar village. You'll be in the historic and captivating village of Nar by the time of lunch rolls nearby. Nar is a century's longstanding farming village positioned in an alpine valley. There are about 75 old-fashioned households, a school, gompas, and prayer wheels. There's multiple mountain lodges, local shops and split-level barley fields. In spring and summer, the valley shots a pretty, soft green. Enjoy an overnight stay at a comfortable lodge. 

 

The day is set for another rest day before crossing further higher Kangla pass 5240m. After breakfast you will be taken for hiking over the Nar village. The Nar village is surrounded with peaks, filled with traditional mud roof houses flapping pray flag. Later in the day, after lunch you can stroll around the village, read your book, to make your day refresh and fruitful adventure. Enjoy an overnight stay at a comfortable lodge.

It's a great and glorious day of trekking today!  After having an early morning breakfast today trek is going to start early morning than usual day.  Initially you're going to ascent gradual following the west side trail from Nar village passing summer yak herding area for one and half hour to KanglaPhedi, later on a vertical zigzag barren uphill walk for 2.5 hours until you reach on top of Kangla 5300. All of the team will be celebrating your first pass of the classic Annapurna circuit trip with magnificent view of Himlung, first view of Annapurna 2 and 3. After soaking in the view and then drop vertical downhill walk over rocky trail for around another 3 and half hours. It's a good idea to make your pole lengthy to reduce you knee hurting issues to reach the mediaeval village of Ngawal. While for today cross day as per the snow condition and icy condition along the trail, your guide will be setting you spikes to walk over icy trail for your safely ascent and descent over the pass. After breakfast, with admiring 180 degree close up morning view from Ngawal you will follow the trail to Manang which is amazingly scenic, and you will be trekking over leveled trail. Along the trail you will encounter more trekkers, villages and tea shop after visiting Narphu valley area, trail continue passing Braga village one the classic village along the old Annapurna circuit route then carry on east bank of Marshyandi river, terraced filed and yak grazing meadows to Manang. Manang is in a gorgeous location that offers great views both up and down the valley. En route to Manang you pass plenty of villages of varying sizes, gompas and fields. After breakfast, today you will do short and scenic trek with full of energy to Khagsar. Your journey takes you above the tree line, where scattered juniper trees mark the changing landscape. You will be walking over the alpine meadow land cover with junifer forest, alpine shrub valley surrounded with 180 degree snow-caped mountains and cross the Kangsar River before reaching to the Khangsar village. Enjoy an overnight stay at a comfortable lodge.

After breakfast, leaving the Khangsar village, from there you will start your trek to Tilicho base camp. Walk passes along the yak herding area, you will see Yak and blue sheep pasturing on the field and glaring toward you along the way. Initial section of the trail needs more effort for climbing, so maintaining your walk steady slow will definitely makes you pro hiker reach the destination at Tilicho Base Camp. Today is the another significant day of your classic Annapurna Circuit trek journey. The day is set for hiking to Tilicho Lake, an amazing destination of this trip. In order to prevent a windy afternoon, our guide will begin your day early from Tilicho Base Camp after you have had some morning refreshments. Again, it's a steep and challenging climb towards snow line area with snow all year round. You will be enjoying scenery of the Mount Tarkeghyang and Gangapurna enroute. After doing a hard climb, You will reach the world highest lake, at an altitude of 4919m Tilicho Lake,. After soaking in beautiful lake view and its surrounding peaks view Tilicho Himal, Annapurna range and Nilgire north, you will now trek down to the Tilicho Base Camp. After taking a filling noon meal, you will continue your journey back to Siri Kharka by following the retrace track. Enjoy an overnight stay at a comfortable lodge.

After breakfast from Siri Kharka, you will do short 4 hours trek following down hill trail, where you will walk down and trek through the Khangsar Village. On the way, you pass Tare Gumba, journey continues further on following wall of rock that takes us out of Khangsar and leads us to Thorong Khola Valley. Cross the River before you reach to Yak Kharka. Yak Kharka located at an altitude of 4,110 meters (13,484 feet), with multiple tea houses and shop, Yak kharka literally mean yak herding station. Views of the neighbouring mountains, such as Tilicho Peak, Gangapurna, Annapurna II, and Annapurna IV, are outstanding from Yak Kharka.Enjoy an overnight stay at a comfortable lodge.

After breakfast, get ready for another short yet rewarding trek of about 3 hours, leading you to the base of Thorung La Pass. The journey begins with a scenic walk through the narrow Jorsang Valley. After crossing a bridge, you'll start a brief but steep climb to reach the base camp, where a cozy collection of lodges awaits for a restful overnight stay. Enjoy an overnight stay at a comfortable lodge.


 

 

At approximately 3:00 am, the day starts off with a light breakfast. The journey to the summit requires a significant amount of effort, with time taken to reach top about 5 to 6 hours before winds start to change. The journey starts with a steep climb up to Thorung High Camp,, where you'll face a series of steep switchbacks that seem like an endless loop. Over time, the path becomes more gradual.' The Annapurna range and the vast Tibetan plateau are visible from the peak at the highest point of the pass. Observe the impressive panorama. But the adventure doesn't come to an end there, as there's a lengthy descent of about 1,600 meters to reach Muktinath. When you reach Muktinath, the magnificent Dhaulagiri mountain range is an incredible views. Enjoy an overnight stay at a comfortable lodge.

After enjoying breakfast, you’ll either hop into a jeep with your guide for the return journey to Jomsom or choose a more scenic route by hiking along a lesser-known trail through the charming village of Lubra. If you opt for the trek, begin by walking to the edge of Muktinath village, then make a steady climb up to a ridge. The trail descends sharply with winding switchbacks, where loose pebbles can make footing tricky—so step carefully. As you hike, the majestic peaks of Nilgiri and Dhaulagiri provide breathtaking views along the way. After passing through Lubra, you’ll reconnect with the main road that leads back to Jomsom. Enjoy an overnight stay at a comfortable lodge.

After having early breakfast, you will take 20 minute scenic mountain flight from Jomsom to Pokhara. Once you arrive, the rest of the day is yours to relax and explore. Take a leisurely stroll along the beautiful Lakeside area, browse local shops for souvenirs, or unwind at one of the many cafes and restaurants dotted along the shore. Enjoy an overnight stay in deluxe hotel, including bed and breakfast.

Today, you'll either enjoy a breathtaking 30-minute mountain flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu or opt for an 8-hour scenic drive through Nepal’s diverse landscapes. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, the rest of the day is yours to relax and explore at your own pace. Take a peaceful walk through the vibrant streets of Thamel, pick up some last-minute souvenirs for your loved ones, or simply unwind at one of the cozy cafes or local eateries nestled around the area. The total Nar Phu valley  trek includes 20 days from arrival to departure, the actual trekking duration is 16 days of walking, since you can customize your own itinerary for this trip.

 

Nar phu valley  trek is considererd moderate to challenging grade, it is suitable for trekkers with good level of fitness. Its remote location, high altitude, and rugged terrain.some sections Mostly narrow, rocky trails with steep ascents and descents.

On the Nar Phu Valley Trek, accommodation is very basic and limited, reflecting the remoteness of the region.You will get simple and comfortable  room with bed.

Many lodges offers charging  facilities for which you need to pay hourly basis. It would be worth to bring portble power bank as electricity can be inconsistent. 

You can use Nepal local  SIM cards with data plan.Wi-Fi are rarely available in teahouses.Expect low speeds; streaming or video calls are usually impossible.Although connection may sometime  be weak due too the remote geography

Yes ! you will find ATM In kathmandu pokhara or jomsom.Many places are out of faciilities.Some may accept a small amount of dollar or pound in tea house.

Yes, we provide a good-quality, custom-made, 4-season'super-down' warm sleeping bag. We also recommend packing a lightweight down jacket for usage in the tea house rooms at night. If you prefer to bring your own sleeping bag please ensure it is of mountaineering standard with a minimum loft of 800 for the jacket, and a minimum rating of 10-°C for the sleeping bag.
