➡️Terms And Conditions Of Sherpa Brothers Treks And Expeditions Pvt. Ltd.

➡️Acceptance of Terms

By booking a trek or expedition with Sherpa Brothers Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd., you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

➡️Booking And Payment

Deposit: 40% of the total trip cost is required to secure your booking.
Final Payment: The remaining 60% balance can be paid once trip is confirmed or  must be paid on arrival in Kathmandu before starting the trek.

➡️Payment Methods: Payments can be made via online payment gate way, bank transfer, credit card,  visa card, or other accepted methods.

 
➡️Cancellation Policy
Cancellation By Participant:

 
There will be no fees associated with cancellations made more than 60 days prior to departure. Full refund the deposit.

Cancellation between 30-60 days prior the departure: Refund 50% of the deposit.

Less than 30 days prior the departure: No refund.

All fees associate to refund will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellations must be made in writing.

➡️Cancellation By Sherpa Brothers: If we cancel your trek due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

➡️Changes To Bookings

You have flexibility to change or modify your  bookings, if you do so at least 30 days in advance.  Any change dependent on availability, meaning the new arrangements must be possible based on current bookings.  There may be an additional fee ( up charge) for making changes, and this fee may vary depending specific details  of the changes( such as the location and requirements involved) 

➡️Health And Safety

Participants must be in good health and are required to disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate.
Guides are fully trained license holder with first aid knowledge; however, participants are responsible for their own health and safety.

➡️Liability

Sherpa Brothers Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the trek, except as required by law.
Participants are advised to have travel insurance covering emergency Heli rescue with  activities involving (trekking, mountaineering & tour)

➡️Responsibilities Of Participants

Participants must follow the instructions of the guides and adhere to safety regulations.
Respect for local customs, wildlife, and the environment is mandatory.

➡️Force Majeure

Sherpa Brothers Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or civil unrest.

➡️Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nepal.

➡️Amendments

Sherpa Brothers Treks and Expeditions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to participants prior to their trek.
