You have to thoroughly study and comprehend them. The following terms and conditions govern your legal relationship with Sherpa Brothers Treks and your reservation of services. They also serve as a legally valid contract between you and Sherpa Brothers Treks payment.

Booking and payment policies for Nepal Trips Reservations
The rates and price listed are all in US dollars unless otherwise noted.
Following your trip confirmation with us, we require a 25% down payment of the total trip cost per person to arrange preliminary trip program and secure your flight, porter, and guide in advance. This can be made via credit card, visa card, Master card or bank transfer. With our Secure Online Payment system, you can quickly pay the deposit with a credit card/ visa card/ Master card. If you are traveling in a group or with family, you can pay the trip deposit all at once. You can use a bank transfer to pay the remaining balance of the trip before it leaves or when you get to Kathmandu.
When you make the bank transfer, be sure to cover the associated bank fees. Furthermore, please remember to include the credit card payment charge when making a payment by card, as there will be an additional 3.5% charge on all debit and credit card transactions due to card processing fees in Nepal.

Key terms and Conditions for Nepal Trekking, Tour, Peak Climbing
– After the trip begins, there will be no reimbursement for any time not used if you decide to leave the trip group for any reason.
– Under unexpected circumstances like flight cancellations by the airlines, snow, landslide, etc. (situations not in our control). In that case, we will offer you an alternative trip of similar nature and standard. However, any extra expenses incurred by you due to this cancellation would be your responsibility.
– Any extra expenses incurred by you because of flight delays, cancellations, or route changes, mainly in any other remote airstrips or any such extra cost due to reasons beyond our control, would be your expenses.
– We or our guide has the authority to remove you from the group if you participate in significant illegal activity.
– For the benefit of everyone’s safety and well-being, including in the event of inclement weather, illness, or injury among the group, our trekking guide retains the right to modify the itinerary, the length of the walk, and other details.
– We promise that none of our team members would mistreat or pilfer your possessions, and our trekking crew will always provide you with the most genuine services. However, regrettably, we are not liable for any unlucky incidents involving the loss or theft of your belongings while traveling.
– While Sherpa Brothers will make every effort to ensure a safe and comfortable journey, you are always traveling at your own risk.

Cancellation and Refund Policies
There will be no fees associated with cancellations made more than 45 days prior to departure.
A penalty of 30% of the total trip cost will apply for cancellations made between 30 and 44 days prior to departure.
60% of the total trip cost will be lost for cancellations made between 15 and 29 days prior to departure.
If a cancellation is made 14 days prior to departure, there will be no reimbursement.
